• I understand that “Il Trillo” & Florence International Music Services” reserves the right to expel any students whose behaviour puts the safety and well-being of others at risk.
• I understand that no refund of tuition, fees, or rent will be given to any student who is expelled from the program.
• Check-in time is from 10 am to 7 pm on check-in day only. If you experience any delays, please contact “Il Trillo” as soon as possible. Check-out is no later than noon on check-out day.
• Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy: For cancellations made up to thirty days before the beginning of the course, Il Trillo will reimburse 20% of the amount paid for the Summer Program, the Italian course and accommodations. For cancellations made less than thirty days before the beginning of the course there are no reimbursements.

You will be contacted through email with details based upon your choice of payment. Please note, that tuition is divided into three installments and all instructions along with a detailed invoice will be sent immediately to the email address given. The outstanding balance for the College program must be paid on the first day of classes.

With the present authority given to “Il Trillo” Music School, according to Law 675/96 (“Privacy Law”), the personal information given is solely and exclusively for the use of the school and other connected institutions which are instrumental in planning the activities of the school.
