• I understand that Il Trillo School of Music & Florence International Music Services reserves the right to expel any students whose behaviour puts the safety and well-being of others at risk.
• I understand that no refund of tuition, fees, or deposit will be given to any student who is expelled from the program.
• Students will be held responsible for any damages to their apartment made during their stay, any problems regarding housing will be between the landlord/tenant and will not be the responsibility of Il Trillo School of Music.
• Il Trillo School of Music aids in finding appropriate accommodation for each student, however any details regarding rent/living costs will be between landlord/tenant, including contract details.
• Check-in time at the school is from 10 am to 8 pm Monday - Friday. You are expected to check-in upon arrival to organize lessons and tour the facility.
• Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy: For cancellations made up to thirty days before the beginning of the Italian course, Il Trillo will reimburse 20% of the deposit. For cancellations made less than thirty days before the beginning of the course there are no reimbursements.
• All other costs for lesson packages will be paid upon arrival at the school.

You will be contacted through email with details based upon your choice of payment, accomodation etc. Please note, that the total program cost is divided into 2 installments (deposit and final payment) and all instructions along with a detailed invoice will be sent immediately to the email address given. The outstanding balance for the Lesson Package program and Italian language classes must be paid on the first day of classes.

With the present authority given to Il Trillo Music School, according to Law 675/96 (Privacy Law), the personal information given is solely and exclusively for the use of the school and other connected institutions which are necessary in planning the activities of the school.
