• I understand that “Il Trillo” & Florence International Music Services” reserves the right to expel any students whose behaviour puts the safety and well-being of others at risk.
• I understand that no refund of tuition, fees, or rent will be given to any student who is expelled from the program.
• Students will be held responsible for any damages to their apartment made during their stay.
• The rent period begins on the day before the program’s start date and ends on the day after the last day of classes. Check-in time is from 10 am to 7 pm on check-in day only. If you experience any delays, please contact the “Il Trillo” housing coordinator as soon as possible. Check-out is no later than noon on check-out day.
• Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy: For cancellations made up to thirty days before the beginning of the course, Il Trillo will reimburse 20% of the amount paid for the Summer Program, the Italian course and accommodations. For cancellations made less than thirty days before the beginning of the course there are no reimbursements.
