• I understand that “Il Trillo” & Florence International Music Services” reserves the right to expel any group whose behaviour puts the safety and well-being of others at risk.
• I understand that no refund of fees, or venue rental will be given to any group who accepts to collaborate with 'Il Trillo' and decides to not participate in the festival after the notification deadline.
• Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy: For cancellations made up to thirty days before the beginning of the festival, Il Trillo will reimburse 25% of the amount paid. For cancellations made less than thirty days before the beginning of the festival, there are no reimbursements.
