Born in Parma (Italy), Leonardo De Lisi is internationally renown as a fine recitalist and operatic singer. He is regularly invited to perform throughout Europe as well as in the USA; he teaches vocal singing for chamber music at Conservatory of Florence and at master classes for Singing at many American Colleges.

Wellknown for his teaching, he is specialized in vocal technique, in the “Italian Bel Canto” and in Italian interpretation of lyric chamber music. Many of his students are prize winners of national and international competitions and have performed in many prestigious concert halls and theathers.

Leonardo De Lisi is also wellknown for his interpretations as the main singer in many famous productions (Rigoletto, Ernani, Don Pasquale, Carmen, Parsifal, Tristan und Isolde, Ariadne auf Naxos, Capriccio, Attila, Die Fledermaus, L’Elisir d’amore, Die Schöpfung, don Giovanni, Der fliegende Holländer, etc). Some of his concerts have bin recorded by the major Europian radios. He has recorded for “Kicco Classics”, for “Dynamic Records” in Genova, for “Vocalia” in Florence, for “Channel Classics” in Amsterdam, for “Nuova Era” and for Emi/Virgin Records.
